Ning'an

Ning'an (宁安) is a region referenced in Tai Sui by Priest. It was a region in Southern Wan that neighbored the capital city of Jinping.1

History

When it was founding standing upright at the mouth of an alley in Jinping, the corpse of Wang Baochang sang the Ning'an Soul Calling Melody before collapsing.1
